A6 : This is caused because the version of Windows Media Player on your computer is too old. Download the wmfdist.exe and run it to install the Microsoft Windows Media Format 9 Series Runtime files.

Q7: What does the AAC container format mean?
A7: A container format is a computer file format that can contain various types of data, compressed by means of standardized audio/video codecs. The container file is used to identify and interleave the different data types. Raw AAC is not recommended since it is not seekable and can no be tagged.

Q9: What do the "Pure Lossless Mode", "Hybrid Lossless Mode" and "Hybrid Lossy Mode" of WavPack mean?
A9: "Pure Lossless Mode" acts just like a WinZip compressor for audio CDs. Instead of creating a single file, "Hybrid Lossless Mode" creates both a relatively small, high-quality lossy file that can be used all by itself, and a "correction" file that (when combined with the lossy file) provides full lossless restoration, while "Hybrid Lossy Mode" only creates high-quality lossy file.
